By visiting or using the Site in any capacity—even if you are not a registered user (“you,” “user”)—you agree to follow these Website Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) as well as our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Site.

4. Workday Platform

Workday’s Role. Our products and services are built on the Workday platform. Workday provides the underlying infrastructure, hosting, and security. Your use of Workday is governed by Workday’s own terms and policies. Stormloop is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of Workday’s services.

In order to use our Built on Workday applications, you must maintain an active and valid Workday account. Compliance with Workday’s requirements is your responsibility.

5. Built on Workday License & Use

When you purchase a subscription to one of our Built on Workday applications:

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the application for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Restrictions. You may not:

Modify, copy, or create derivative works of our services.

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.

Use our services for unlawful purposes.

Interfere with or degrade the performance of our services or the Workday platform.

Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.

Upload or transmit malicious code.

7. Disclaimer & Liability Limits

The Site and its Content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stormloop and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Stormloop Parties”) disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied—including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Stormloop does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of materials on the Site, nor the results of using them.

To the extent permitted by law, the Stormloop Parties will not be liable under any theory of law for:

Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind; or

Total damages exceeding USD $100.

8. Changes & Updates

Stormloop may revise, update, or remove Site Content at any time without notice. We make no commitment to keep all materials current.

9. Governing Law & Entire Agreement

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and the United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Stormloop regarding your use of the Site. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will remain valid. Any waiver must be expressly provided in writing.
